
The Andersen Group is a proud Yorkshire pub group run by owner Paul Andersen, operating three venues: The George in Cleckheaton, Cock & Crown, and Casa Brighouse. Each venue has its own identity - from traditional pub food and cask ales to a wedding and events restaurant - but all share the same need for rigorous food safety compliance and operational consistency.
Managing compliance across three very different venues was becoming a headache. Each site had its own way of doing things - paper logs at one, inconsistent digital tools at another.
