
Rola Wala is an Indian street food brand founded by Mark Wright after discovering epic flavours travelling the Kolkata backstreets and Bombay beaches. Known for their footlong naan rolls, curry bowls and vibrant naan tacos, the brand built its reputation trading at festivals like Glastonbury and Latitude before expanding to permanent locations across Manchester, Leeds, London and Birmingham. With a mission to bring authentic Indian street food to the UK in a fast, fresh format, they needed operational tools that matched their pace.
With multiple locations and a fast-paced street food operation, Rola Wala needed a compliance and operations platform that staff would actually use.
