How to add fridges & freezers

Add Fridges

Navigate to Inventory and click Fridges. Click Add Fridge in the top right, select the site, then type each fridge name and press Enter. Click Submit when done.

Add Freezers

Under Inventory, click Freezers. Click Add Freezer, select the site, type each freezer name and press Enter. Click Submit.

Update or Edit

Click the 3 dots button under Action and click Edit. You can add new units or discontinue old ones.

Tip: When replacing a broken fridge or freezer, discontinue the old one and add a new one with the same name. This keeps temperature records separate between the old and new units.
