All compliance logs follow a similar pattern on the mobile app. Tap the + button in the bottom right, then tap Add Log and select the log type.
Select Fridge or Freezer and type temperatures into the boxes for each unit. If any are out of range, you must add a corrective action before submitting. Tap the i icon to check required temperatures.
Can't see any fridges/freezers? They must be set up on the web app first by a Site or Organisation Admin.
Select Hot Hold/Display, choose a food item (or add new), and enter the core temperature. Save as draft and return at 2hr, 4hr and 6hr intervals. If food drops below 63°C, it must be disposed of.
Select Cellar and type the temperature. If out of range, add a corrective action.
Select Hot Water, run the hot tap and record the temperature.
Select Legionella Water, run both hot and cold taps and record both temperatures.
For any log type, navigate to that log and tap the orange records button in the top right to view previous entries.
