Tap + > Add Log > Cooking & Cooling. Select the food item, add cook start and end times if required, and enter the core temperature. Do not toggle 'Are you cooling this?' for cooking-only logs. Tap Complete.
Follow the same steps but turn the 'Are you cooling this?' toggle on. Record the temperature after 30 minutes, then save as draft. Return at 1hr and 1.5hrs to record additional temperatures. Food must reach ≤8°C — if not, dispose of it.
Navigate to Cooking & Cooling logs and tap the orange records button. Cooking-only logs have a red thermometer icon; cook-then-cool logs have a blue thermometer icon.
