How to record food delivery logs

Record a Delivery

Tap the + button, then Add Log, then Food Delivery.

Select the supplier or add a new one. Choose whether the delivery is chilled, frozen or ambient. Select the food item or add a new one.

Check Packaging & Temperature

If packaging is not intact, describe the issue. Enter the temperature — use the +/- button to switch between positive and negative. If the temperature is out of range, you must add a reason if you choose to accept the delivery.

Add Notes & Submit

Add delivery numbers or other notes in the notes section. Tap Complete when done, or save as draft to return later.
